If you can take public transportation to where ever you need to go then use it. If you want to drive a vehicle, then you need a drivers licence, you have to buy a car, you have to buy insurance for the car, you will need gas. Then you have to keep the car in good condition, so then there is the upkeep of the car, needed repairs to the car, eventually you will need the following: battery, tires, brakes, oil changes, and the other problems that might occur. It's not cheap having an automobile.

I intent to learn driving, but cost is a concern for me, everything related to automobiles is expensive in my country, even learning how to drive. I am wondering on which type to learn too, auto or manual, i do believe auto is easier, but manual is better in the sense that if i know how to drive a manual car, I would know how to drive an auto car, but it does not work vice versa. So I am still thinking should i take the easier way out to learn auto or the hard way out to learn manual?
