How the quality of post been measured?

Well, in several post I saw everyone is telling one thing that your post should be a quality post, not just 'yes' or 'no', but your response should have some merits. the question is when they are paying money to each post/response how the quality of post being checked?! I don't think it is possible to someone to check each and every post manually and then decide whether it is a quality post or not and based on that pay the user! it is hard to believe. isn't it? there must be some automated process which takes care all these. if so, then do you think our software system is intellegent enough to judge the quality of one post?The possibility is it may try to find some keywords which are common to the response and main disscussion topics. when you are being descriptive in nature for your response, you must have used few common keywards. What do you think ...?
