How to withstand in the winter when temperature is less than 0 deg cel and I am new in this environment?

well it dosent get that cold here and if it did i think i would die.i put on warm clothes turn on the heater and hybernate till the sun comes back

First get warm clothing and and especially in Sweden as i see your flag tells me you are dress really warm and always leave the heat on in the house you are staying so that nothing can freeze shut. make sure you eat enough and healthy food.. and the occasional drink is not bad either.

I have no experience. Here in Bangalore, India, the temperature never goes below 15 degree celsius.
