Hi Kiddies (with a capital "K"), I remember back in the days before McDonalds and such, a lng long time ago in a galaxy far far away, when the local conrner store would whip up hamburgers to order with whatever ingredients you wanted from their available list... That was when you could get your hamburger with the LOT - which meant beef, onion, tomato, lettuce, beetroot, egg, mayonaise, tomato sauce and mushrooms... And the exquisite pleasure of masticating this culinary treasure down in the schoolyard was amplified by the sensation of tomato sauce, beetroot juice and mayonnaise dripping down all over your school uniform...
