Whom to blame?

We always try to blame others and never take responsibility. For example: if you saw someone getting promoted because he managed to make his boss happy you would say he is like that......but when you are want to show that you are more talented then wouldn't you try to do the same.....get your boss's attention....?? This is just a simple example......CAN YOU GIVE SIMILAR EXAMPLES WHERE WE CANNOT BLAME ANYONE? I want to see how many people have get effected truly to scenarios they mention. And this opens a new discussion, suggestion....and more for others to talk about. Then why delay...start now
