my neighbor and ex-neighbor both said they saw the same ghost?

i have recently had new neighbors and he was speaking to my ex-neighbor sayin did anything wierd happen when you lived there and he said no not really and then he told him that he saw a woman in a white dress standing at the top of the stair and then my ex-neighbor said he saw the same thing freeky right has anything like this happened to you?
