Should the bears keep Rex Grossman. He has shown a major amount of inconsistency but also was great early in the season.

Rex Grossman should no longer be the starting quarterback for the Chicago Bears. It is about time he learns to be a good benchwarmer.

I say that the Bears need to find someone who's not going to "lose it" during the middle to the end of the season. I just asked my husband (who's been a Bears fan for over 20 years) if they need to get rid of Grossman and replace him, his response was "No Comment". Basically my husband wants someone who's going to step up his game and earn the millions of dollars, they are paid a tremendous amount of money so why is he CONSTANTLY messing up? This last game Bears vs. Packers, they SHOULD HAVE beat them with flying colors.

Well, you cannot always blame it on one person all of the time can you, but this person is young, and one yr. usually should not make or break someone. Look at the Seahawks. They were doing better when Shawn Alexander and Hasselback were hurt, and these 2 are Big known stars now, so it can sometimes just be a run at hard luck, and he should always be offered a second yr. to try and prove himself to others first.

I'm pretty worried about how the Bears will do in the postseason. Grossman has to step up his game and start making some smart decisions. The defense has to get it together too.
