About this time last year I started listening to a rapper named Edan. His style is a whole different genre altogether I think. He is defintiely more of an underground MC but personally, i think he owns most rap, underground or mainstream. He has two albums Beauty and the Beat and Primitive Plus. He also has a collaboration album witth Mr. Lif which is also exceptional. When I first heard Edan, I was refreshed and plain happy that not all new rap sucked D. If anybody else has been diggin on his stuff lately or has anything else they think I could dig on, please respond.
