What type of blood do animals have?

I was wondering about the type of blood animals have since we have o,oP,oN etc. Does anyone know the answer to this? If animals loose a lot of blood do they get blood like we do?

it depends they are either cold or warm but they dont have blood like us since their bodies ar so different

hot or cold blooded, their blood has the components like we do plasma/red cells white cells/yes they can get transfusions

thanks for the reply. I see you have a Ga Bulldog. My nephew has one and is going to breed her when she is older and I hope to get one then. My daughter is really into the biological nature of animals and is always asking me questions about it. I think she may want to get into the care of animals when she is older.
