Please share some of your weight loss secrets. I am trying to lose 20 lbs. So I can be that size 4 again. Any suggestions?

Weight loss food - I eat this weight control oatmeal which is very good for your diet and helps with your weight loss plan.  This was also eaten on the tv show The Biggest Loser.WEig
I have lost 50 pounds so far with a combination of cardi exercise and eating a lot of fruits and salads. Those things have helped me to lose this weight. I do walking and use my fitness flyer machine quite a bit and eat heaithier foods than I used to. Stay away from fast food restaurants and eating other junk foods. Good luck with you weight loss goals and hope you achieve it.

Yes this is the best advice and if you are a stress eater go for carrotts or something like that :)

Exercise, I recommend that you do some rope skipping. You will sweat faster with that exercise. Try some oats because it's good for digestion and lastly avoid sweets. Buy some clothes with a smaller size so that you can have some determinination to lose weight.

well sorry i dont know TIPS to lose your weight with health food or like a health consultant. but as i know the best and safe to lose your weight is go to SPORT min.2 ours every day and control your food and life style too.good luck myfriend.

I eat more low calorie items that I find to be filling such as popcorn, fruit and vegetables. I watch my caloric intake but still get one nice meal out a week and still do ok.

Stay away from processed foods, eat only fresh and natural things. Fresh meat, veggies, block cheeses, fresh fruits, and exercise.
