My hands stay cold...

Dear all, will anyone let me know why ma hands stay cold all the time... i do not find any thing wrong with my physches even but couldn't find the reason behind that... what should i do, i am worried about that...

It sounds like you're not getting complete circulation to them. Shake them often. I'm going to guess you work on the computer a lot, therefore making me think you may well have carpal tunnel. I'd have them check you out just to be safe.

If you have no other symptoms, its prbably just minor circulation issue, mine do the same thing
