CHOCOLATE CUSTARD PUDDING 2 cups milk 1/2 cup grated baking chocolate 1/4 cup sugar(or 1/3 cup Splenda or Equal for diabetics) 4 eggs 1. Melt chocolate with a little hot water on stove, do not burn. 2. Add milk, mix well and bring to a boil stirring well and set aside. 3. In separate bowl, blend eggs and sugar together. 4. Add chocolate mixture to it and mix well. 5. Fill a baking or pudding dish with the custard mixture and set in a baking pan partially filled with water. 6. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes.
