How many of you do exercise in morning???

I ir-regularly do it, when I start I span it aroung or nearly a month, its a good activitiy for one's health, at any stage of life, and at any age parks wait for such ppl they dont mind how many ppl will come to increase their helth, even I have read from many medical magazines that if u walk slowly (not jogg) then it is very good for health specially for heart related disease, in this world full of side effects of every thing, why not just xercize in morning and kick of those side effects of life straight away from very first in a day !

well it is good attitude of urs to exercise regularly.i was practising yoga . i think it is more good , it takes only 3--45 mins a day to practise it . it has many benefits too. anyway it is good that many people are becmoing aware of yoga and its benefits and it is being spread all over the world.

Yes but I think both xercise and yoga have different impacts doing yoga will not force you to perspine or go hard at it
