tomorrow 70Million Hindus gathered at Ganga River's Bank and took bath, which they think will clear from all the sins they have committed through their lives. can the river's water wipe all sins out from . can this excercise make a person new-born. what do you people think x-cuse must be accepted by hindus

well its about believe... but we believe that if you take bath under your shower and just confess to God for the sins you made and promise urself not to do those again .. all of them are wiped away...

There r so many ritals and practices followed by all the religions all over the world, which does not have any significance meaning.....This is also one of them. Leave aside wiping the sins, one get sick after taking dip in water where 70 million people are also bathing...... But the bootom line is belief and if ur belief is not hurting anybody, there is nothing wrong as such....
