I am thinking of trying Weight Watchers. Would you share any good weight loss programs or safe supplements that you have used to lose weight?

I would just eat healthy, eat 500 calories less than you do, don't eat junk food, only healthy food, and excersize and do cardio to burn more calories than you have eaten that day. But you have to eat, otherwise you will burn your musce doing the excercises. Swimming is a good cardio, and healthyf or you, and running is to. Run a mile at first everyday, then move up to 2, and etc... Probably about every month, move up. You can always get those premade healthy meals that come with breakfeast lunch, and dinner. Oh and always eat breakfeast, i've heard that not eating it will put on more pounds. Just do what I said, or a mixture of what soem other people ahve said and you will be set!!!

just try to eat well and exersizr before going down the road of supplements cut down on the fatty food aim for 5 fruit and veg a day try to fit in atleast 45 minutes low impact cardio exersize before breckfast exersize bike or something easy along them lines and dont forget to eat a healthy breckfast it realy is the most inportant meal of the day as it starts you metabalism burning calories supplements should be used downthe line when weightloss gets difficult everyone hits a natural platuo in weight loss that is hard to brake through supplements can be a help then 1 that may be wort trying all the way is green tea its a natural fat burner so a couple of cups a day 1 in the morning with breckfast weightwatchers can be of use but nothing that a good diet and exersize cant do and its alot cheaper that this way
