Ways To Cope With Death..

Just recently I had someone very close to me pass away. Usually I can handle it pretty well, but I am taking it pretty hard this time. The viewing is today and I want to go, but I am already a wreck over the passing of this person and don't know if I can face seeing them laying in the casket..What are some ways that have helped you in times like this? Thanks in advance for your replies.
