how good is scrapboy?

There this program called scrapboy which can be used to check scraps, it was quite useful especially before we had to go to each person's scrapbook to reply to a scrap, we cud just scrap them directly instead using scrapboy.. but after a while it started giving lots of problems, it took ages to open, half the contacts weren't displayed and some ppl never got my responses.. are any of u using scrapboy?? how do u find it?
