A quick and easy recipe that's great for bachelors and students and anyone in a hurry to get something on the table. I was going to post it here but mylot has disabled the paste feature and I don't have time to retype the whole thing. So I'll just link to it here: http://hubpages.com/_l6f64eotqm13/hub/Super_Simple_Pea_Salad.

That sounds really really strange to a non US palate! It seems to be tinned peas with processed cheese and artificial mayonnaise. Did I read it right? Maybe its nicer than it sounds but it brings to mind mushy metallic tasting peas with greasy chunks in it. I can however imagine it with fresh garden peas, preferably raw but ligtly cooked otherwise, mixed with homemade mayonnaise and some crumbled carephilly or wensleydale cheese. As a smallside dish to a leaft salad I can imagine that might be rather nice Maybe I'm just hungry and can't properly appreciate the possibilities of this, I'm not a huge fan of processed food and the concept of peas ina tin is quite funny to me! Don't mean to be rude about it though if it is a favourite of yours.
