To lose weight this 2007

I been overweight seen the age 10.I never have the confident to waer the clothes exclusive for slim person,and I want to experienced that. So I Descided to work on it..

good luck to you on your weightloss. I am starting a diet again soon too. I signed up for LA weightloss at home. I hope I can shed some of this weight.
