Fish has no fats and there are variety of fishes in the world in varying taste but chicken have no choice hardly two or three kinds. At the same time mutton hardly four or five kind.Fish preparation is easy whereas chicken and motton preparation is not so easy. One can be cheated in market in case of purchase of mutton but certainly not in case of fishes.

If I was asked this 10 years ago,I would have definately said fish. Now,I am not sure if any of the three are good for you. I am prejudice on this matter as I LOVE chicken despite the fat . The reason I can no longer say fish is because of the mercury content now found in our waters (along with other dangerous elements) are not being filtered out of the fish and we are consuming it. The meat and chicken can be contaminated in so many ways that I am sure they are no longer good for us. Don't worry, you vegetarians out there, even our vegetables are affected by polution(even though they are organic). Life is a game and there are no winners.

I could say that fish, chicken, and meat has the same effects and they come from Grow foods family. It is needed to help the growth of our body and all of them are healthy and is needed by the body. But I love to eat fishes especially if its fresh since a lot of meat and chicken nowadays have certain chemicals which they have eaten inorder to grow bigger unlike fishes that there is no such chemicals in there food. But I like to eat fish that comes straight from the sea.

yes everybody says that fishes are more better than anyother non-veg food. but even chicken is good for your health.. as meat i.e. red meat contains a high level of cholesrtrol, saturated fat... in it.but chicken contains less fat as compared to red meat and mutton

I honestly like chicken and pork meat more than anything else. I'm not big on fish. But I do love seafoods! I love crabs, shrimps and prawns, and other shell fish like mussels and oysters. However if you ask which is the best among health point of few, we know that fish has the least cholesterol if they do have them. :) so i'd have to say fish too.

I think that fish is probably the healthiest overall of the choices. Fish is lower in calories and fat, and actually some types of fish contain very beneficial and healthy fats. I would say that chicken and pork are fairly equal as far as calories, fat content, and nutrition. Of course you have to remove the chicken skin and all visible fat. Red meat/beef is probably the least healthy, although I don't think that eating beef a few times a week is all that bad for you. There are some cuts of beef which are better for you than others; some are fattier than others. You can go for 93% lean ground beef, which is as good for you as ground turkey. Certan steaks are lower in fat content, such as the filet/tenderloin. Again, you have to trim all visible fat. Another thing that people often forget is portion control. 3-4 ounces of beef is not unhealthy, but if you eat a 16 ounce steak you are going to clog your arteries!
