Will Bush's new plan for Iraq work?

The media tells us that he will be addressing the nation next week. I am skeptical whether Bush's plan will work or not. What do you think? Do you think he's increase troop levels? Will this help or hinder the cause in Iraq?

Bush from the very beginning wanted to convince people the need to invade Iraq, even from the first day of his presidency.
Even though the evidence of WMD was in doubt but he deliberately eliminate the 'probably' words from the secret agent reports and declared the war.
I do not think it will change to any better condition.
