Someone Smeared Me, I'm So Angry

I quitted my job in a trade company six months ago. And now I work for another trade company now. But the products are different. I ever contacted one of previouse customer as a freind. I just sent sms to him say hello and greetings. I never told him what company I'm working at, for what products. But the previous boss called me yesterday and said, that some previous customer told her I was contacting them. It's so ridicurous. It's impossible for me to do that. But I thought later, maybe it was my previous boss wanted to check me. I knew she is a sensitive person, but she should know about me. I am so angry for that!!!
