Mylot. Where does the money come from.

I do not understand much about mylot yet. My rating is not very high. But being a normal human being, I must ask. Mylot as of right at this moment has 52,527 members. No doubt many of which have not done enough to get paid a dime, like myself. But where does the money come from. Lets just say mylot pays a minumum of ten dollars a month to just ten thousand of those. Thats one hundred thousand dollars a month! And no, I did not need a calculator to figure that out. Who or what organization is paying people to post discussions, add refferals, and so on. If anyone can enlighten me on the situation it would be very greatly appreciated. Thanks. Oh and by the way. I have nothing against mylot. In fact I think it is a wonderful thing. I have made friend and had some good information thrown my way. Just curious thats all. Thanks again.
