need help reg a paid to click programme

hi does any one here have prior exerience in 500cents-500dollars.org? it promises to pay 1$ per ad click. i have been clicking it for quite sometime now. i have eared 300$. but the minimum payout is 500$. i read in sites that it is a scam and they dont pay u finally. does anyone here have prior experience.
also, i am not willing to put up my referral url here in case anyone new wants t try it out. just msg me.

Swat Cash is an awesome website. There whole entire website is based on swat(fighting,shooting,and etc.), if you couldn't tell already by the name. You complete offers and do free trails, but there is a game behind all of it. As you complete offers you get bullets. These bullets are what you use to play the game. The game isn't really interactive, you press a button that says attack and if you "hit" you get swatcash. You use the swatcash to redeem for stuff such as $50 cash balance for swatcash or $125 paypal. They update there site it seems like daily. There is always something new there.

i am doing it too. i reached payout of $500 and i requested for payment 5 days ago. but i have not yet been paid.
i believe it is a scam. many people say that it is a scam in many forums.
pls keep contact with me if i get paid and u will get some relief. :-)
lets wait and see.
