How many glasses of WATER do you drink a day?

Yes it does. but I thought 2 litres of water per day is more than enough for your body. I drink 2,5 litres per day. How could you drink 5 litres of water per day? I could not imagine. You must often go to toilet, dont you? anyway, it is good for your body

I dink on an average about 5 litres a day. It is true bcos i my job involves working on the computer and meeting deadlines is a really tiring and strenous. Also as you said drinking water does lead me to the toilet very often, that part is really bugging, but again after i return from the toilet i feel really fresh again, so i guess water does help, right?

I have made an effort over the past 2 months to drink at least 6-8 8 ounce glasses a day. I can honestly say that the biggest change I have seen is in my skin. My skin was so itchy and dry before and now it is soft and supple and no longer itches. Of course, I also spend a bit more time in the restroom, but for me, that is no problem to be rid of the itchy skin!

I think drinking at least 8 glasses of water everyday is sufficient enough. If you are exercising, increase the intake to 12 glasses. If in a hot weather, 12 glasses. It actually depends on the temperature. The hotter the weather, the more you take, the colder, the less you take. The reason for this is, you sweat more on hotter weather than in cold. Drinking water is good for the body as it helps assists the liver and kidney to expel toxic waste from our body, so it doesn't strain that much in taking out wastes from our body.

water is one of the god given gifts to us.Drinking 5 litres of water per day is really good for ur health.although u dont know its importance now u ll know it after some 10 years it ll keep ur body fit and ll expel out all the unwanted fluids from ur body and keep u safely .

I am not so sure about 5 litres of water daily.Earlier I was having as much or rather trying to drink as much as possible.Later I realized that my stomache looked bloated all the time.Then I read in some health book that too much water may not suit everybody, and their bodies may swell like rice grains swell after imbibing water. Now I feel, experience what is best for your body.If you feel good with a lot of water intake then go ahead, but if less intake is ok with you, then dont simply monkey the other guys.
