In the south african tour, sehwag has been found wanting in his batting ... he does try to contribute to the team through bowling and good fielding but his primary job is batting... he was somewhat successful when he batted lower down the order in the first innings of the 3rd test.. but he failed again when he opened the batting in the 2nd innings... So what should we do with him. atleast for the time being : treat him like irfan pathan or give him some more chances or change his role in the team?

I think he should play ranji matches, that will benifit for him. If he plaay consistently then bring him back.otherwise he should not allowed to playin indian team.look at 2nd test ,in 2nd inning he fails agin.

instead of sacking him suddenly (if he doesnt do well in domestic level), it would do well if someone asks him to retire if he feels he cannot meet the expectations since that would not make people forget his contribution (when he was doin well)..

sehwag should not be allowed to play further matches as he hs done no good wid d game in last several matches.he needs to practice n improve to prove his mettle again.he should be given some rest as was given to ganguly n he should look forward to practising n improving upon.

He should be sacked from this indian team. He deserves no place for his consistent failures. he should practice at domestic levels.

I think he should be given the same treatment as Irfon has got, He should be sent to INDIA and ask him to play RAnji cricket perform well and comeback to the team. I think sehwag is a great player, he is lacking confidance, I think selectors are showing lot of partiality here. The blame must be given to the selectors also
