When driving in the snow the first thing you should do is to have your car equipped properly. You need special tires for the winter season. The next thing you have to do is to drive carefully and don't drive fast.

Drive at a controlled, even speed. Watch out for people who are speeding. Avoid driving if you can until the roads are clear.
