dont have a credit card??? how to recieve earning???

Don't worry! you do not need a credit card. You only need a paypal or e-gold account to receive your earning. You can get it for free. For papypal you can visit http://www.paypal.com and for e-gold http://www.e-gold.com
It's very easy to get it one. I suggest you to choose e-gold. Because e-gold accepted worldwide. If you use paypal maybe you can get a little difficult if you want to withdraw your money into cash specially if you don't from usa.

I am also from India and I too have account in State Bank Of India.
I have paypal account.But I didnot face any difficulty to open paypal account.
What is your difficulty ?

Credit Card is not necessary to receive your earnings!!! Just register with Pay pal, through pay pal your earnings will be credited to your Bank Account.
