take to a diet for 3 to 4 days
take plenty of water daily morning.
take 100 to 150 grams o bran with fruits like papaya
it will increase appetite and help tp constibution problem
also food like rice ,flour,figs ,dates,eggs,sweets, butter willhelp to increase your weight. rice an d freshvegetable hotmilk ,sweets,dryfruits will help to put on weigh.
drink plenty of water and heavy fast exercise once in a week
try this its only 3 to 4 days diet try this and reply me
