They have these lanes for a specific reason. I HATE IT when people have a fill cart thinks its ok to go in the 10 items or less lane. I used to work in a grocery store, and i hate it when people with a full cart came in my lane, i always worked 10 items or less lane. I would have to turn them away, and they would get upset, and say well every other lane is full, and i tell them im sorry, i can only do 10 items or less, (DUHHH) How do you feel about this? Does it make you mad when you have 3 items to check out, and you goto the 10 items or less lane and someone with an overfull cart is in it???

I agree! People need to have some respect and follow the "rules" of 10 items or less, lol! It's not fair to the other people who only have 2 or 3 items and have to wait for these rude people who may have 20 things!...I also hate it when people go through the u-scans when they have a whole cart load of items. The whole reason for u-scans are so people with a few things can get out really quickly. Some people just have no respect for anyone else and only care about themselves.

I know, i would hate to call the manager and have the manager come out and explain it....:( I always have respect for the grocery store employees because i used to be one

Some may not realize, shop should redirect them , others are just plain rude and selfish

They do have those lines but what if you have 12 items? I think those people should be able to get in those lines also. As long as it is not a full shopping cart of items then there should be no problem. The people that go with the full carts should be made to get off the line because they are not following the rules.
