Nelson Mandela: Inimitable, meel, simple, extraordinary, compassionate... icon

I have researched and found no other human being with the qualities that Nelson Mandela possesses. perhaps some have researched more than me. Could anyone please tell me of any human being in mankind's history with the inimitable character that Mandela has? (Of course, apart of Jesus.) This man is plain simple, principled (always unmoved or compromised by whatever circumstances), compassionate, selfless... I culd go on. I will be happy to see comparisons. Please qualify them.
