how do you clean dishes and utensils?

no...i have do it manually because....dish washer is not available...or i am not allowed to use it....(^_^)

I do it manually because you have to spend the time to rinse and scrub all the crap of just to put it in the dishwasher. While your rinsing you can just wash it your self.
