is it advisable to expect? There are some expectations that people do not reach, which leads to frustration.. On the other hand success from expectations feels very good.. Maybe the real question here is that 'When will you know when to expect?'

Expect nothing and nothing will disappoint you! Dude! will this also mean... and nothing will make you feel good, lol! your ideas are flowing this time, where have you gone? We really cant help expectations, I'm trying to recall a time where I expected nothing, It disappointed me because, cant recall any. When do we expect? for me it does not have any timing, it just occurred.
