Ever been denied employment not because you were not qualified, but because you were over qualified? Or maybe you were just not hired because the person was afraid that you could take over their position. Sometimes our potential and qualifications are taken as a threat. This happens to many people and may be very discouraging if looked at negatively. Has anyone experienced this or know someone who has? What would you do? How would you react?
