i think both are horrible presidents however I dont live in US so it doesnt effect me everyday however I think Bush is one of the most racists people, common look at Katrina and his attack against Muslims, the picture is funny though lol

Beii Clinton verses George Bush. First of all, no ones perfect. Bill Clinton wasn't a bad president, and you would never see wars. if it was you didn't heard to much about it. George Bush Don't know what he is doing they need to kick him out of Office How could everyone vote for him again that was stupid, he believes in wars just like his father did. Bill Clinton was Womanizer, George Bush Like wars, all he care about is the oil. he came from a Oil Town.

wow... thats good head dog, well bill clinton is far more a better presidient than george 'warmonger' bush. during clintons term, u.s. have some billions of dollars extra or surplas in thier banks and when bush takes over, it all went to smoke. greetings. : )

I think Hillary is saying "Bill, I've trained her to pick up the scent of white house aides." I don't know if Bill was more fair or not. I guess it depends on who you ask (the democrats or the republicans). I don't belong to either party. The economy was better under Pres. Clinton, foreign relations were better under Clinton but Clinton didn't face the terrorist acts of Sept. 11 either so I don't know if its fair to compare them. Our country fully supported Bush then and at the time the war began. After awhile things seem to change and he lost a lot of the support. From what I've seen though this always happens when a war begins.

I like Bill Clinton much better that Bush - It seems like Bush tricked us into thinking we were going after Osama Bin Laden but his real goal was to get sadam. Like he wanted to finish his daddys war. We americans always call other terriorist or evil doers if they disagree with us! If we were not overthere saying we own land where all the oil is and let them make money on their own resources maybe people would stop trying to blow us up. If someone came to America and took over Chicago - Should us a book that said Chicago was there promise land - and then forced everyone that lived in Chicago to leave by force - I am sure everyone in america would be very mad and would do whatever it takes to get them out. I think it is our arrogance that gets us in trouble rather democrat or republican. But I have to go with Clinton about who I thought was a better president! You know he was our first "black" president!

May be he should have stuck with a dog instead of a real person, it would have got him into less trouble. Funny thing is the Kennedy's were notorious for this sort of behavior years and it was not frowned upon like it is now. They never had to go in front of the Nation and explain their behavior.

In my opinion I don't think either were good presidents, but thats just me. As far as the picture its kind of funny, lol, probably depicts her character, after all she did know that he was married and had a child with his wife, and I know that it takes two, but still she could have denied him.

I liked bill clinton, i think he was trying to do something at least in the international point of view. i dont like bush, i think he's a dum. The pic? seems they are saying. Dog: Let me see what you have in there! clinton: please, not in public.

Both of them were good presidents - both of them had their good points and bad points. I just wish people would use their brains regarding Bush and stop acting like everything he ever did is bad an evil and that he's a racist oil tycoon - realize that he has his good points and bad points.
