I dont really perfere one to the other. I like bow hunting it gives you more of a challenge to get a closer better shot but you can also get some challenge with using a rifle like doing a farther distance shot. I do both but i can honestly say i havent got the chance to acually get a deer with my bow I missed a really nice buck a few years back and havent had the chance to even see a deer while i was out hunting bow these past couple years.

My preference is shotgun for the state i hunt in is only shotgun not rifle except for varmints. i do hunt with a crossbow and it is fun but the vast portions of my hunting has been done with a shotgun.

I hunt mostly with Bow, and I hunt with rifle as well but it is simply more fun due to the challenge to kill a deer or turkey with a bow. I hunt with both because I like to take advantage of every hunting season to get the most time spent outdoors hunting that I can.

Neither. I'll take my trusty Remington 11-87 SP 12 gauge. I've shot 5 deer and to many pheasants, Ducks, Geese, and Grouse to count with it.
