Have any of you lost weight? What diet did you use to lose the weight?

the 'heart' diet is good, and it does work, but the weightloss isn't always permanent. i lost 25 lbs after restricting my diet to 1000 cals or less each day for four months. its been over a year and the weight is still off even though i eat about 2000 cals a day now. i'm starting the diet again to lose more weight!!
