Did you know that playing in the sand is very theraputic? Many therapist offices have them for hyper sensitive children and adults. By playing in a sandbox or even at the beach (worlds largest sandbox) can help reduce stress, tension, anxiety, and depression. The japenese use sand and rocks in their gardens to create a "zen" atmosphere. It is a form of meditation. In a recent study in my therapist office that I go to, 90 percent of the patients that use the theraputic sandbox has greatly improved their condition helping them concentrate on their own well being. So, how many of you mylot junkies have played in the sand? (don't worry, I'm a mylot junkie too!).

I guess this is why I like landscape design so much. I get therapy often by playing in the dirt LOL
