Would you allow your child to go with child that does not have good values???

I know a child that came from a family that has a good values and this child also has a good values but lately I saw her with peer group that really has no values and have a very bad attitude. I notice her that she also starting to get their bad attitude. Is it true that you can get the attitude of the people whom you always with??? Would you allow your child to be with children that also has no values??
