How to register with paypal account if no credit card?

i don't have a credit card, how do i register with paypal since it required credit card number??? Anyone can help??

I use paypal. Do you have a bank account? You can use it with paypal.

I've signed up with paypal personal account but it required me to add in credit card. I do have a malaysian bank account. what should I do in order to activate this account??

Well I believe you need an American bank account OR a credit card with paypal. Do you have any relatives or friends that have a paypal account?? If you can't use paypal, I'd suggest Ikobo or e-gold which mylot is accepting.
