why is it that people are so consumed by yahoo messenger? old irc pros have switched to it, and alot of others have. what is the reason for this? it is harder to meet people somewhere where you have to be added as friends than it is somewhere where you see someone you just click and talk. there are some rooms i go into that have upwards of 100 people in it. i always find someone new to talk to or an old friend to catch up with.

That is kool i enjoy yahoo messenger because it is convenient to have those friends that you do find in your yahoo messenger. This way you will always have your friends there when you need them rather than trying to find someone again. It is also convenient to have say like for a site like mylot if you meet someone here than you can send a messge and get eachothers yahoo messenger and chat from there too! I think it is convenience for me!!!
