what is the most important thing in your life?

i was wondering what is the most important thing in your life? is it more spiritual things in life like glorying your god? is it your loved one like your parents, spouse, children? is it your business, your position, your career, your reputation, your fame? is it your own self, your own gratifications? you live to satifsy every lust you have? every craving? every selfish desire? is it none - you care about nothing? For me, i really tried not to think too hard and live one day at a time. I didn't even dare to think about my life - whether it is worthless or i've wasted years Maybe when i meet my maker, how can i explain how i've wasted my life with entertainment and seeking to please myself instead of living a selfless and giving life?
