Big Brand, Low Work...Guide me i m Lost

Today when wea ll are looking for a better career for ourselves werun behind the brand names.But once we enter into it the world is entirely different from what looks from outside. Same thing happened to me also. Currently i am working for an organization which is one of the Leading IT company. Name is huge but work is not good. Just some small support work and no career growth. Since i have joined this organization my technical and professional growth has come to a question mark. I feel frustrated that where is my career going and what i am getting in this company. But i am also confused b'coz this brand name has a high repo in the market. If i leave this organization my market value goes down but if i remains in same then my skills are going down. This thing has frustrated me. Please help me what shud i do to develop in both the ways career and financial growth.
