Why Sania Mirza is allowed freely against to Muslim customs?

Muslim Community is not making any comments/actions against Sania. Her way of approach is totally unacceptable to the Muslim customs, still she is allowed to play Tennis with half skirts and looking vulgarly(as per muslim). Is the Muslims are changed after Osama Bin Laden's death.
