Stress at work

I have joined a company as a fresher and find it extremely difficult to cope with the pressure I have been thrusted upon. How do you all guys manage to cope with the daily life stresses you face?

For when I would be in the office (now work at home), I would try breathing techniques or take a moment for a break, if I was able to, in order to take a breather. I think starting anything new work-wise is pretty stressful in the beginning, so I'm sure things will start calming down for you once you get settled and used to it. At home, I like settling down for a nice book or a good movie, a quiet meal, maybe workout when I get home so that I can enjoy the rest of my evening. Sometimes taking a nice hot bath while listening to soothing music helps me, too.
