Is yahoo.com really giving away money prizes and have yahoo lottery?

well, yahoo.com and yahoo lottery sent me a message stating that I won an amount of $800,000 from yahoo lottery. I am sending you this letter due to having some doubts for the price money that is stated. Please help me regarding this matter.

I am not sure whether Yahoo got lottery services. I have never heard about it. But i found a link which might be of interest to you. Link is http://www.scam.com/showthread.php?t=6303. From this site what i could understand is that it is just a scam. You may better contact yahoo directly stating about this mail. It should turn out to be a scam.

it's a scam. If they are looking for personal info don't send it, many people are looking to steal, and sell off your identity..:(

its a scam for sure..even i am also getting such type of messages..just ignore them no need to respond to them..and delete as soon as you receive.

This is a scam,I am sure about this. Believe me cause I did everything to claim for my prize but all I get is nothing, even 1 cent, hehe. Good luck to you! (never share your mail address in public)
