Tea would probably be the healthier choice, but if the coffee is starbucks, then i'd go for the coffee, if not, tea it is.

absolutely black espresso coffee but normally i am waked up after the second coffee

I like to drink milk.. but if I don't have milk.. I'll drink tea.. I don't like cofee. Is bad for organism and it takes the calcium from bones:)
