How To Earn Money Effectively?

Hi, I'm quite new to this myLot forum. I would like to find out how to earn money effectively on this space. Is there some kind of points system as to how they judge how much to pay you? Or is based on the number of '+' and '-' the discussion and comment get?
Also, I would like to know how long would it take and how many posts on the average to earn $10. And I would like to confirm if there is E-Gold payouts because I can't seem to find a place to input my E-Gold account.

participate more on a discussion and try to give your best response so that you can be mark as a best response and if that happen you earn more on that discussion.
