water shortage in Uk

i was just reading on the main news bit on AOL and they think that the uk are going to struggle this year with an even hotter summer and even less water than last. do you think that we are going to have a drought in the UK this year?. I know africa get it all the time but when it's on your own door step you do get more concerned about the situation, bearing in mind the uk is surrounded by water.
