What are the actual rules of using myLot???

Hi all you people working with myLot.
There are many doubts in mylot,like what to do and not do in Discussion,response,adding comments,uploading images and giving the ratings.
How all are things work,everyone want to know about that things.
So this discussion is like a table of meeting where we and our seniors in myLot can share there views about the whole setup of rules and regulations.

yaa i know that,but problem started here,in this guidelines user cant understand rules cleraly.
so why we want to help other people to understands the rulse

Whether you decide to follow what I say or not is up to you of course. However, start quality discussions but before starting a discussion make sure that nobody else has already started the same one. Use the search function for this by keying in the tags and all discussions with those tags will come up. When you start a discussion check back to see if you have any responses and if anyone has asked a question that you need to answer. Also by doing this you get an opportunity to rate the responses as well as give a best response to someone. The best response can go to the one you think has made just that, the best response, and it does not necessarily have to agree with what you think.
Also make quality responses to discussions but make sure that you read through the discussion so you know what you are talking about. Do not respond with one or two words, not make an inappropriate response.
You can rate any discussion or response: positive (+), negative (-) or if you want to report it to myLot then use the (!). You can also rate photos which are uploaded in the same manner.
There is a complicated method which determines what we are paid but all of the factors above come into it. If and when you can upload photos then make sure that all the boxes are filled in or else it will not let you upload.
Do not "cut and paste" any discussion or response as you will be penalised for it. Also do not spam in any discussion. You will be paid on the 15th of the month for contributions made during the previous month and if you do not make what you put down as your minimum amount for a payout, then that will be carried over to the following month.
Earnings are updated daily, although there can be some changes made if for example a discussion has been deleted. If you have responded to that discussion then you will lose rating and money, but if not then you could possibly get a little extra money.

well nobody knows that how much they are giving for per post and it is not easy to tell here and i think noone knows here everyone knows what ever they are giving it is best and i love it that is why and this is really cool....

I am recently joined the mylot and i am trying to understanding of rules.i notice in these few days that no one knows the actual paying system of mylot and what we will paid if we get a response,get a positive rating and uploaded an image.
